Michelle is a pelvic health advocate and educator who works with persons of all genders experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, or interested in understanding the complexities of pelvic health, with specific interests and globally. She is involved with teaching physiotherapists pelvic health and advanced orthopaedic skills, internationally, as well

as helping them to evolve towards LGBTQ-informed practice.

Michelle’s mission is to empower people in Canada and internationally to take charge of their pelvic health, which can often be a life changing experience for anyone who has suffered pelvic health dysfunction.

In addition, Michelle is a certified yoga instructor, enriching her finely tuned treatment methods with yogic philosophy and the benefits of mindful movement.

With such a complex and pivotal place in our health, I’m sure we’ll all have much to learn from Michelle’s knowledge and experience in pelvic health to learn more of its role in functional breathing.
