Susan will be leading a panel of our more experienced educators in a discussion on the best ways to help seniors get the most out of Buteyko. The phrase “no way is the only way” cropped up in recent discussions and is accredited to Dr Rosalba Courtney. This is particularly true of the very young, the old, the very sick, the very fit, and everyone else in between. Ergo, we need good case studies — more people should be taking up the amazing facilities offered by Lise’s hard work, and those others who have run the webinars. We need cast-iron intake forms and cross-references between educators and other professions. If this, or any other specific area of the work interests you, talk to those who do it a lot. That goes for seniors, asthma, metabolism. Seniors, like all ‘groups’ need individual care.
